A summary.
Well. I did abysmally.
I ate homemade soup on 2 days.
I ate shop bought soup on 2 days.
I pigged out in between. Sometimes I was low carb. Sometimes
I was carbfest.
It was bank holiday weekend! And Easter! Easter Sunday not a
crumb of chocolate passed my lips. But half a large takeway pizza and a bottle
of vodka did. Swings and roundabouts.
I lost 0.5lb so I’m very very chuffed but I didn’t do Kays
Soup Challenge justice.
She has a salad challenge too…
