Week 3- Slow and steady wins the race

Wish it said 9:00.5 but it says 9:10.5

Feeling more positive after the weigh in this week. A pound is a pound. A loss is a loss.
This way of life is sustainable. I don't feel deprived and I'm losing weight.
I don't think that I'm used to it taking so long as my last "diet" was Dukan where I lost 4lbs in 4 days. I also had to eat cottage cheese by the tub load.
I have now lost 4.5lbs in 3 weeks. If I continue like this I should be 9 stone 2.5lbs by Christmas Day.

I'm ok with that. If I get there..
